On the basis of the data analysis of the cable-stayed bridge mode, bridge health monitoring and evaluating researches and Artificial Neural Network(ANN) theory and its applying documentation from many countries, according to concrete cable-stayed bridge characteristic, using the mode analysis technique and the main tool of ANN, the paper researches the mode of the concrete cable-stayed bridge, the weights of the sub-structure, the cables selection, the health evaluating method and operating process.According to the data of Tsingtao Danshan cable-stayed bridge, using the tool of structure analysis software SAP2000, the paper sets up the finite element model of the bridge, and analyzes its mode; so the numerical simulating mode and test data for the bridge health evaluation is available.In the ANN which the paper sets up, according to health evaluate property of concrete cable-stayed bridge, the paper selects the ANN type web topology structure transfer function in every layer stamp parameter data pretreatment and quantity of training examples; and with the help of Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) of Matlab software, the paper built ANN, imports the sample vector ,and trains the ANN, thus provides the tool for making the health condition evaluation function in the cable-stayed bridge into reality.According to the property of concrete cable-stayed bridge, the paper calculates the impact weights of every sub-structure in damaged bridge by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method; selects typical cables by orthogonal experimentation method, so the evaluating workload is reduced greatly; and analyzes the concrete cable-stayed bridge structure health condition and presents the calculation process based on ANN, so that the exiting concrete cable-stayed bridge structure condition is reflected effectually.
