Before 50's 20th century, for lack of systematic theory, maintenance only is treaded as a skill. Many kinds of maintenance theory and pattern appear since 60's 20th century, it was a symbol that maintenance developed from skill to science. Great achievement has been gained in theoretical and practical study of maintenance in China and abroad. And now systematic maintenance management and quantitative Maintenance Decision-making has become an important direction, but there are fewer applications of Maintenance Decision-making in Construction Machinery. The purpose of the dissertation is to study Maintenance Level Decision-making of Construction Machinery, and to achieve quantitative Maintenance level Decision-making.This paper analyses the development trend of construction machinery maintenance and current situation of maintenance level decision-making. Considering the characteristic of construction machinery in the project and systematically analysis influence coming from each factor on construction machinery maintenance, the author puts forward the project faced maintenance level decision-making and realizes the project faced maintenance level decision-making system with the content of the technological state, maintainability, economical efficiency, reliability, use performance trend .Combined with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the author realizes Fuzzy Evaluation of Maintenance Level Decision-making based on close degree of theory of Fuzzy Evaluation.Taking pavers as an example, the author verifies the utility of the project faced maintenance level decision-making, and design equipment maintenance management system overall plan, use VC#.NET to realize the procedure of pavers maintenance level decision-making.
