The Computer Data Acquisition And Processing System Of The Material Testing Machine

The material testing machine is an important test equipment inmechanical testing, and it could measure different kinds ofperformance parameters of materials. In order to measure anddisplay these parameters exactly and expediently, the paper hascarried out the reform of electromechanical integration to the lackof measure of the old style hydraulic material testing machine. Firstof all, the paper has analysed principles of operation about loadingsystem and measuring system in the old type hydraulic testmachine. Then, according to parameters required, the paper hasapplied modern advanced detection technique, and realized thesystem of on-line measurement about pressure parameter anddisplacement parameter. Finally, the paper has carried out realtime processing to the collective data, which supplied usefulmeans to farther researches.
