This paper presents a variable-voltage thyristor controlled asynchronous motor system which to realize soft starting and analyzed and designed. The three phases voltage regulator circuits and three phases asynchronous motor soft starter method based on three phases voltage regulator circuits is analyzed at first.Fuzzy arithmetic is adopted in the soft starter of asynchronous motor. The thesis analyzes the principle of fuzzy control, and then provides the method of designing fuzzy controller. Then, a new simulation model of asynchronous motor soft starter is designed based on MATLAB and the simulation results show the effectiveness of this scheme.This thesis finally provide a circuit based on increase voltage and limited-current soft-starter control method. The hardware and software of the system are designed. The function module of the system with the 16-bit micro-controller as the central unit is illuminated. This thesis gives the software process.
