While working at high temperature and pressure, deformations and out of round, which will cause a series of problems, are brought to the cylinder liner. A suit of methods were introduced to measure and analyze the deformations in this paper and the strain-time waves were attained. The results were analyzed and strain-frequency charts were provided according to the tests. In the end, Curve Fit was used to draw the circumferential deformations of the cylinder liners. The results show that the deformations of the cylinder liner and the energy distribution of the cylinder liner's vibration are mostly correlated with the rotate speed and pressure Furthermore, The most violent deformations and vibration appear at the midst of main thrust side.Vibration signal of the engine surface was used to inspect Engine interiror accessories' failure. In this paper, Three dimentional accelerate sensors were used to measure the surface vibration of the engine nearby the piston knock side while the engine was running. FFT was used to analyze the vibration signal of each rotate speed at the engine whole burthen condition. The frequency spectrum of the engine surface and deformation of the cylinder liner were compared and the character was got.To analyze the diesel engine block, Experimental Modal Analysis was used, Multi-point inspire, single point pick-up method was taken to measure the FRF of the engine block at liberational state.Eight rank modal parameters, which can be regarded as a warranty to optimize the structure design of the engine block were got, and the corresponding model were provided in the end.
