Research On The Transportation Organization And The Monitoring System Of Accident And Calamity Of The Qinghai-Tibet Railway

The Qinghai-Tibet railway is from Xi'ning to provincial capital Lhasa of Tibet. The Golmud-Lhasa section of Qinghai-Tibet railway will be the highest and the longest plateau railway in the world after its building up.The Qinghai-Tibet railway not only passes through the high and cold plateau which is short of oxygen, but also the natural environment is extremely arduous along the line, The geological structure is complicated extremely, the weather condition is very abominable and the traffic is inconvenient. To the transportation amount of the Golmud-Lhasa section of Qinghai-Tibet railway is not large nearly, and the circuit, bridge project and the equipment have more unknown factor and concrete situation, thereby, this thesis should study on the transportation organization and the monitor system of the calamity and accident along the whole line in real time of the Qinghai-Tibet railway. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1 .The thesis studies the calamity and accident that probable appear of the Qinghai-Tibet railway which interferes and influences the normal transportation organizes, and then studies the mode of transportation under various kinds of the calamity and accident and corresponding measure.2.According to the characteristic of the Qinghai-Tibet railway transportation demand, the thesis considers the influence of season and climate change, studies and probes the new mode of the travel organizes which adapt market demand of transporting, plan flexibility, dispatcher flexible, safe unblocked.3.The thesis studies new mode of train flow organization, marshaling plan of freight train, train operation diagram, locomotive-using organization and station operation, which adapts the request of the Qinghai-Tibet railway. But also, the thesis studies the mode of organization and management taken as the leading factor with daily transportation plan and dispatching command.4. According to the character of the Qinghai-Tibet railway and the request for the maintenance of the railway transportation equipment and executing organization, the thesis studies new mode of adapting the equipmentmaintenance and executing organization.5.The thesis studies and sets up reasonable and practicable monitoring system to calamity and accident according to monitoring and analyzing of real condition of calamity and accident, so as to provide indemnity for further smoothly going on safe transportation work.
