The technology of reinforcing CFRP and repairing CFRP is a kind of new technology. It can reinforce the structural component and improve the force-bearing performance of the configuration by sticking resinous colloid material to the surface of concrete. Because of its lightness, endurance to corruptness, high strength and the convenience in construction, CFRP is used widely in the area of reinforce.Chinese and foreign scholars have done many studies in CFRP reinforcing on RC and concrete that are mainly on the resisting bend, sniping and fatigue or firmness of the girder after being reinforced by CFRP. But there is no thesis on temperature stress now. Because the temperature-swelling coefficient is different between CFRP and concrete, their transmutation is limited and temperature stress is produced when the temperature changes.In this paper, in low temperature, temperature stress of concrete component reinforced by the CFRP is researched. The reason why temperature stress is produced is analyzed and the formula is deduced. The temperature stress is emulated by the ANSYS finite element program. The result of program is validated by the experimental data and analytic result.
