Heterogeneous electric information systems are those electric information systems whose hardware and software, such as system platforms, databases and development tools etc, are inconsistent and incompatible. For example, there have commonly been Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA), Management Information System (MIS), Geographical Information System (GIS), Load Control System and Consumer Management System etc in the power system. These systems are affiliated to productive technique branch, consumer management branch and information management branch, respectively. Each system has great independence and autonomy. Their resources can't be shared and exchanged, that result in poor application function of these systems. However, multi-heterogeneous power information system can integrate several systems mentioned above so as to communicate information, construct affiliation, realize unified administration, share resource and provide comprehensive service to each function department in power enterprise.Unfortunately accomplishment of multi-heterogeneous power information system needs to redesign function and reconstitute resource of the former systems with great workload and vast outlay. Moreover almost present large software systems with either B/S mode or C/S mode, need databases as background support, accordingly, it is the problem needed to be resolved urgently in multi-heterogeneous power information system at the base of no effect on the function and capability of the former systems, and dynamic date replication and link technique are just used to resolve above problems.Present study investigated particularly dynamic data replication technique and its realization between analogous database and heterogeneous database mainly based on the most popular large commercial database Oracle and SQL Server. In addition, we also studied the link technique among heterogeneous database according to differential condition by which realize the access of distributed data. Finally, in terms of the actual application of multi-heterogeneous power information system in Ji'an Bureau of Electric Power in Jiangxi province, we inferred the scheme to realize database interface of multi-heterogeneous power information integration system database with consumer management system, Load Control System and Management Information system, respectively, furthermore, we designed and developed corresponding interface function module to resolve problem existing in the data integration and exchange among heterogeneous power information systems, which provide favorable support to foreground application. These techniques are not only practical to power system informationalization, but also as a reference to other information systems.
