With the national economic development, great development has been achieved in the highway tunnel engineering; a tunnel is geting longer and longer, cross dimensions is getting larger and larger, construction and operation technology is getting more and more complex, specially in a super hydropower station engineering. In general, such hydropower stations are built between the mountains or gorges which of topographical and geologic conditions are very complex, additionally loads of construction truck are very heavy, construction period is short and hauling equipments are usually big and heavy, so the strict requirements have been put forward for the highway. In combination with the Special Highway for Jinping Grade I Hydropower Station, this paper has studied completely and profoundly on design and construction technology, technical and economic performance of arrangement and construction scheme for the optimal scheme of Jinpingshan super-long tunnel engineering.This paper has completely described the general situation of Jinpingshan super-long tunnel engineering, analyzed the possible traffic schemes and topographical, engineering geological and hydrogeologic conditions of the tunnel engineering and made sure of the traffic scheme. And in combination with the building and operational requirement of the hydropower station, by analyzing arrangement schemes for the tunnel engineering, three altimetric schemes are presented, and technical standard suitable for the tunnel and connecting highway is confirmed.This paper has analyzed characters of tunnel engineerings and applied requirements, completely reaserched comprehensive technology suitable for Jinpingshan super-long tunnel engineering design by using modern science and technology and design concept. This paper has presented that the different temporary support and permanent lining shall be adopted according to different geological conditions and classification of surrounding rock which should agree with each other so as to be made full use of; presented an idea on drainage design water should be guarded against .And for the first time, the advance forecast technology is used during the buliding of a super hydropower station traffic tunnel, a monitoring system is also employed for the first time , and a demand for the ventilation of the tunnel being useed and lighting is presented specificly.In combination with the topographical and geological conditions , requirements of construction progress and structural characters, the paper reasearches comprehensive construction technology for Jinpingshan super-long tunnel engineering completely and profoundly, analyzed problems which can been encountered during the construction, such as upland stress, rock outburst, rock penetration and underground leakage, etc. utilize advance forecast for geology to avoid accidents ,and proposed that engineering measures shall been taken after accident happens. A comprehensive construction technique and execution method applicable for this tunnel engineering is put forward ,and the importance of construction ventilation and ecological environment protection is presented through comprehensive analysis for technical economy and engineering geology adaptability, etc. of drill & blast method and construction by tunnel boring machines.AbstractThis paper has made analysis on the geological conditions, operational requirements, construction and progress requirements, put fonvard possible 3 arrangement schemes and the arrangement scheme applicable for the tunnel engineering from the technical performance through analysis on topographical and geological problems, construction technology, construction disturbance, operational condition, engineering quantities, construction schedule and construction proposal, etc. of different schemes .Workout basis and calculation principle of investment estimation are determined according to the construction technique and technical requirements of Jinpingshan tunnel, local price level, applied requirement of engineering, etc. and investment estimation is...
