| With the increasing number of long highway tunnels in China,the rapid mechanized construction of tunnels has become an inevitable trend.Therefore,how to choose the supporting scheme of tunnel construction mechanization has become an important problem to be solved in tunnel engineering.In view of the above technical problems,this paper takes Wulingtou Tunnel of Wuhuang Expressway as the engineering background,and systematically studies the selection of supporting schemes for construction mechanization of long and large highway tunnels by combining engineering investigation,analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation.The main research contents and results are as follows :(1)According to the geological conditions and construction characteristics,the construction technology and equipment of tunnel excavation,ballast transportation,initial support,concrete lining and other auxiliary lines are analyzed.The results show that the first,second and third-level mechanization supporting schemes can be designed for the construction of surrounding rock of tunnel grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ~Ⅴ.(2)Fuzzy Delphi Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to establish the evaluation index hierarchy model of construction mechanization supporting scheme,and the weight of six evaluation indexes is determined.The results show that the weight of each index is 0.24 for construction progress,0.20 for construction cost,0.19 for construction quality,0.15 for construction management,0.12 for geological conditions,and 0.10 for tunnel length.(3)Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is used to evaluate the supporting scheme set of construction mechanization.Combined with the weight values of the six indexes,the total score of each supporting scheme is calculated.The results show that the first-level mechanization supporting scheme is the best in the construction of grade III surrounding rock.In the construction of IV-Vgrade surrounding rock,the primary mechanization supporting scheme is the best.(4)The application effect of the optimized scheme in Wulingtou tunnel project is analyzed.The results show that the application effect of the first-level mechanization supporting scheme proposed in this paper is good,which verifies the rationality and applicability of the construction mechanization supporting technology.The research results of this paper verify the feasibility of using fuzzy Delphi analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select the supporting scheme of construction mechanization,which can provide certain reference value and significance for the rapid construction of similar highway tunnel engineering mechanization.Figure [29] Table [27] Reference [81]... |
