Electrical engineering power industry is a special trade. It requires strict management and scientific system and includes dispatcher transformer, sales, lines and repairing management, of which transformer management is a very important job in the electrical engineering power management. Transformer management involves broad aspects .with a large amount of work, high importance and accuracy. For a long time, transformer management has formed a set of complete, mature management mode which provides wide space for the use of transformer management information system . However because development personnel lack systematic instructions of information management theory and programming technology, transformer management information system has many incbnveniences in the practical use. This article discusses and studies MMlS deeply. At the same time ,it also combines the actual production of electrical engineering power enterprises to analysis and design transformer management information and also uses popular target-facing language Delphi to realize the system .finally puts for prospect proposition to "digit transformer".The passage proceeds from this and main accomplishes the following achievement:(l)The analysis and design of the development of MMIS .The article uses the easily understand structure procedure of the development of software system to make the demand and system analysis, system detailed and coding design according to the requirements of software designing system. The function .property ,each model and connections between them are basically founded through demand and system analysis. The wrong, neglected filling and the irregular records which easily occur when the personnel of transformer management uses before are classified again according to the connections between the records. The system is divided into documents set, running duty , frequently used records, special record .personnel management and informant set. The interconnection of numbers is used in the production of forms for reporting statistics of the new system to automatically produce 25 kinds of technology of recording form for reporting statistics the provincial bureau asks, which improve conducting efficiency of the system andreliability and guarantee each record is the unique one so as, to avoid wrong and neglected filled form the root. In addition ,the strong reminding system is added to the new system to make it prompt various items to be handled and related information. As a result , the burden of the personnel is lighten and they can complete running management with high efficiency and accuracy. In order to give a detailed introduction of the related technology, this article offers come specific development document to illustrate the development of transformer management information system.(2)The program realization of transformer microcomputer management information system.This article uses the most popular target-facing visible development tool Delphi at present to realize MMIS . Delphi uses program development tools rapidly and realizes the high effective connection hiding and connected at the bottom to the data base . So it greatly saves the coding time of the system and also ensures the safely of the data . The article introduces briefly the safety of data . The article gives a detailed introduction of Delphi which is used in the process of realizing the system . Then this article combines the property of Delphi accomplish coding quickly and introduce some important program codes and instructions according to deliberately designed diagram of specific handling of each module program. In the end, adjusting of the system and improvement of the found problems are briefly introduced.(3)Design and proposition for the digital transformer system.The digital transformer system turns the four system: MIS, CS ,OA ,MS into one and they support, permeate, transfer one another to form a completely new information management system, this article expounds in detail and designs the software structure, contents, function and hard...
