In power systems, transformer substation in power grid operation is very important. Electrical equipment in transformer substation takes on changing the operation mode, stopping transmission and remoting monitoring function. Installing and debugging of electrical equipment is directly related to the smooth operation of substation and the security of power system operation. So in installing and debugging of electrical equipment, each construction link in the quality and safety management is particularly important. According to construction requirements of the State Grid, the traditional management model in the transformer substation project has been unable to meet the situation of high-speed development of Taizhou power system. Study on the scientific and reliable management mode in transformer substation project construction has become the urgent problem. Combining the standardization theory with the management model, established standardized management mode in transformer substation project construction. It is best solution to management in transformer substation project construction. It is a very important role in Taizhou power grid.Firstly, this paper introduced the theory and principle of standardization. It analyzed the association of project management and standardization. Then established standardized management mode on the basis of this theory. And in HOkV Yongan substation as an example, in all aspects of quality management, safety management and information management, design management process in Installing and debugging of electrical equipment. Selected a few typical substation projects in the last five years, this paper makes the qualitative and quantitative analysis of application effects of the management model. Finally, it describes economic benefits and social benefits on the standardized management model.
