The throttling pipe regulating valve,which is a new-style regulating valve based on the theory of hydrodynamicsis,is developed by Harbin Engineering University and has been listed in key research projects of .In order to advance the speed of the new technology into market,some research has been done on the CAD application modules and CAE application design of this regulating valve.The CAD application modules of the throttling pipe regulating valve adapt Pro/E software as the supporting platform and realize the development of the Pro/TOOLKIT application programs in the entironment of VC++6.0.Through the research on Pro/E menu design technology,UI dialog boxes design technology and MFC dialog boxes design technology,new man-machine mutual interfaces are developed, hence the process of the valve design is predigested. Adapting the frame of the integration of 3-D model templates and control programs, the basic functions of the base system of Pro/E are utilized mostly and the Pro/E application system is developed economically and efficiently.In order to satisfy the needs of the series design and further development of the throttling pipe regulating valve,a current CAD module with open-structure is developed,which can dynamically extend the bounds of use and realize the effective management towards the series design parameters of the valve parts by the integration of EXCEL. Through the research on the link technology between Pro/E and ANSYS,this thesis provides three effective link ways and confirms the incorporate settlement scheme from CAD to CAE. Modeling with Pro/E and analyzing with ANSYS replaces the conventional ways of design and analysis,making the results more credible,meanwhile it offers a maneuverable process of design and a concrete realizable means for 3-D model design & structure design based on Pro/E and mechanics performance analysis.
