Spool valve with throttling grooves,also named as the non-circle opening valve.Compared with the circle opening valve,the structural feature of the non-circle opening valve is that some special grooves are arranged on the shoulder of the spool.This structural feature give batter performance that there is a mathematical relationship between the spool displacement and orifice area of spool valve with throttling grooves.The spool valve with throttling grooves can precisely control orifice flow rate because of its structural feature.How to design structure parameters of throttling grooves spool valve according to the required working condition is the key in the design process.By studying the importance of various structural parameters on the flow,the design flow curve can be quickly approximated to the flow curve required by the working condition by adjusting the structural parameters,thus providing a reference for the design of throttling groove.In thesis takes typical v-shaped throttling groove as the research object.The influence of flow performance of the structure parameters in throttling grooves of spool valve is researched by using means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The main contents are as follows:(1)The research background and significance of spool valve with throttling grooves are explained.Typical throttle groove shapes and its combination form are briefly introduced.Its development status is analyzed,and the research content is determined.(2)Parametric modeling of v-type throttling groove spool valve is designed.Analyzing the functional relationship between groove structure parameters and flow area at the valve orifice is aimed at picked out the structural parameters that have an important impact on the flow characteristics of the valve orifice.(3)Taking the structure parameters of throttling groove as the influencing factors and valve outlet flow as the experimental indicator,the orthogonal test is designed.The orthogonal test was carried out by means of simulation,and the order of weight of structure parameters of throttling groove is H > D > R,which qualitatively and quantitatively obtained by means of range analysis and variance analysis of orthogonal test results.(4)Flow field analysis was conducted on single structural parameters to explore the influence on the distribution of flow fi eld The parameter H has a greater influence on the pressure distribution in the throttling groove and the valve nozzle jet Angle than D and R.The greater H is,the more drastic the pressure change at the minimum section.Furthermore,the function fitting of the relationship between the valve orifice flow rate and the structural parameters is carried out,and the weight order of the influence of structural parameters on the valve orifice flow rate is analyzed,which is verified by the range and variance analysis of the orthogonal test.(5)Based on the principle of flow field synergy and the principle of minimum mechanical energy dissipation,analyzing the two flow states of outflow and inflow throttling groove aim at exploring the synergistic characteristics of velocity and velocity gradient field and mechanical energy dissipation characteristics under the two flow states,and to find the difference of flow resistance.When flowing out of the throttle groove,the synergy coefficient is smaller,the synergy between the velocity field and the velocity gradient field is worse,the flow resistance is reduced,and the change of fluid velocity and velocity is smaller.Furthermore,the influence of structure parameters of throttling groove on flow field synergy is a nalyzed.
