The synchronization of multi-motor is applied wildly in industry production lines. Its effect will directly influence the quality of production. Because of the workmanship's limit, there will be interaction among the motors. So the results of the traditional PID control during dynamic process aren't always satisfied. In this paper, based on the analysis of the pulling steel-wire machine's real technological process , intelligent controllers are used to make the synchronous controlling of the multi-motor system.Based on analysis of production process, we divide the running course of the multi-motor system into dynamic process and stable process. The former means startup process or resume process after considerable disturbance. During the process, the tension changing is non-linear. And it is even as different as raw material and norms of production. So, we select intelligent controllers. When the value of tension equal to the given amount, the synchronous speed's distribution for each motor is done, and the stable process begin. In the process every motor just need to hold its velocity, so we use single neural PID controller. And because of the demand of rewinds on invariability line velocity, we use an invariability line velocity adaptive control on tucking roller, which estimate the radius to calculate the roller's turn velocity. At the last, we constitute a experiment circumstances in laboratory, which is similar to real product line, and realize those introduced controllers respectively by personal computer and PLC.
