With the development of morden industrial production, the multi-motor drive system hasturned up in more and more fields. The main purpose of the research of the multi-motor systemis to improve the multi-motor system’s dynamic and static performences, and meet therequirements of muiti-motor synchronous control accuracy. So the research of multi-motorsynchronization control strategy has became more and more important. In this paper, the way weadopted is to improve the traditional master-slave strategy, and use the fuzzy-PID controller toadjust the control parameters. So, it can get good control effect.Firstly, the research significance of multi-motor sychronization control and the developmentof sychronization control stragegy are analysed in the paper. Then the sychronization controlstragegy based on fuzzy-PID controller is presented. Secondly, the mathematical model ofthree-phase AC asynchoronous motor is described detailed. To control the signal motor, thedual-PWM vector frequency conversion rectifier feedback control stragegy is proposed. Thirdly,the theory of fuzzy control and PID control is elaborated. And the design process of thefuzzy-PID controller is described.Finally, the multi-motor synchronization control system based on fuzzy-PID controller isestablished. The adaptive fuzzy-PID controller is designed. Then the simulation and resultanalysis is carried on. The results show that this system can achieve good synchronizationcontrol effect.
