| The spillway is an important flood discharge construction in the water conservancy hinge engineering, but various varieties of forms of arranging of spillway, in the practice engineering, often because of the restrict of term of the terrain, engineering construction, the whole arrange of hinge etc., Or make the best of using the terrain, the spillway turn round an angle on the flat surface and have to designed the form of curve channel, When discharge flood, this type of spillway would often produce supercritical shock wave if the flow is supercritical. How to dissolve the supercritical shock wave has an important significance for safe running of engineering.In this paper, the supercritical shock wave of spillway is object of studying. The hydraulic model is made in lab according to the basal data that is offered by design unit. By the hydraulic model, the original design scheme is verified, and a feasible measure of decreasing shock wave is selected on the base of analyzing already theories of shock wave and measurements of decreasing shock wave, and the selected measure is studied by the hydraulic model. At last, a kind of reasonable measure is provided to resolving the problem of supercritical shock wave of the engineering through model experiment.The lead function of the inclined bottom cage is used to eliminate shock wave in this model experiment. Three vary number and disposal mode of inclined bottom cage has been studied through model experiment. The results of experiment show that the effect of three cages on eliminating shock wave is better than that of one cage, moreover, the effect of four cages on eliminating shock wave is better than that of three cages. At the same time, the experiment show that effect of eliminating shock wave of inclined bottom cage which is disposed on the side of concave bank get well than disposing on the midline of channel. Therefore, the scheme of four cages that are disposed on the side of concave bank is the last scheme according to the practical engineering problem.The paper also discussed the condition of current of supercritical shock wave, and at the same time, the first step study on the principle of eliminating shock wave was been proceeded.The result of experiment and analysis of research showed that the scheme of four cages which have been disposed on the side of concave bank not only controlled the condition of current and eliminate shock wave, but also make distributing of velocity of flow even more equality, and not change the original type of spillway, saved the quantity of engineering. |
