The Localism Of Urban Housing And Architecture Design

Since 20th Century,the world integration had been getting more and more significant,architecture was also effected unavoidably in this wave,the architecture localism style of many areas was vanished.The housing development of cities in ourcountry has got a great achievement in the past twenty years,but the appearance bythe losing of localism style is very obvious,either,and it has caught a lot of relevantproblem.This thesis take the modern urban housing for the research target,aimed atreason of the losing of localism style,by means of analysis through theory and sample,provide a point to express the localism of urban housing.Chapter One:introduce the idea of localism and the basic element that cause it,there is a point of view – the localism still survives,it has not also rich connotationbut also changeable property,so the point of develop localism has come into being.Chapter Two:discuss about the theories in other place,and analyze the strongpoint or defect through the tendency of development;understanding of the successfularchitecture case to sum up the feature in design.Chapter Three:in pass of cases of real estate in our country to demonstrate the point of expressing localism style by myself,to search an experience method that cancreate Chinese feature housing.Chapter Four:at last,we should face the embrassed situation – the losing oflocalism,but the most important of things is to find out a way to overcome present worse situation.
