The Design Strategy Of Ascension The Residents' Living Experience In The Resettlement Housing Of Urban Villages

Under the background of accelerating the urbanization process,Zhengzhou as the capital city of Henan province,in the process of urbanization expansion.urban villages phenomenon appeared in Zhengzhou,with the passage of time,the existence of urban villages in Zhengzhou development has brought certain influence.Zhengzhou urban villages in 2017 has been basically completed Demolition,Most of the data indicators for the completed rehousing projects meet only the mandatory requirements of the Government,No attention has been paid to the living habits and spiritual needs of returning residents,So that the quality of the housing is poor.Sometimes it can not meet the needs of the residents.In order to improve the living experience of the residents living in the resettlement house,this paper studies the design of the resettlement house in Zhengzhou from the two angles of architecture and planning.The first chapter mainly describes the research background of this paper,and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,and establishes the research methods and framework of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the development characteristics of Zhengzhou,and divides the development stage of the village in Zhengzhou into three stages: the phase of the village by the city,the stage of growth,the phase of interdependence with the city and the stage of disappearing.Combined with the investigation of the urban village population characteristics,economic characteristics,road characteristics,architectural and spatial characteristics of the analysis,finally to Zhengzhou City village policy interpretation.The third chapter analyzes the material and spiritual needs of the residents of the villages in the city,and makes a study on the particularity of the design of the resettlement houses.Based on the investigation of the family structure,house type demand,functional requirements,and tenants' needs of residents of relocated residents and urban village residents,the direction of planning and architectural design strategies for resettlement houses was established.The fourth chapter,through the transformation of Huanhe home resettlement house in Zhengzhou,focuses on two aspects of overall planning and architectural design: according to the living habits of village residents and the demand for rental housing,Separation of residential and rental areas,detailed outdoor public space,etc.;consider the needs of residents in the village,design some public communication space in the building,and maintain the relationship between residents.On the basis of the results of the research on the residential needs of the residents and tenants,this paper designs the self-housing and rental housing units to enhance the residents' living experience.The fifth chapter summarizes the existing problems in the planning and architectural design of the resettlement houses in urban village of Zhengzhou,and puts forward a rationalized design strategy,summarizes and prospects the paper.
