Study On Dimension Effect Of Concrete Core

With the high-speed development of social construction, the distance between the bars is closer than before, the difficulty of drilling core from the structure increases. At the same time, the request for substituting large-diameter concrete core with small-diameter concrete core is more intense. Furthermore, the problem in the drill core for testing concrete strength is more outstanding. The thesis explores that problem from four factors that the feasibility of concrete core with small diameter in dimension substituted by concrete core with large diameter in dimension, results comparison between the drilling core experiment and the rebound method experiment and confirmation of the appropriate quantity of core for checking concrete strength in locale, as well as the questions lies in drilling core currently.Through the experiment, when dimension of materials composing concrete core accord with request regulated in 《Drill Core for Testing Concrete Strength》, small-diameter concrete core substituted by large-diameter concrete core is checked is feasible. And through the experiment we get the dimension coefficient between of them. Furthermore, through the analysis experiment, we get the conversion coefficient of concrete strength when diameter of core is 73mm or 50mm. From the test and study the following conclusions are reached, we can consider that there is some relation between the drill core and rebound method, the results of them can be used as a basis for testing concrete core together.When concrete is produced in the same process, confirmation of the appropriate quantity of core for checking concrete strength in locale can meet enough precision.
