This thesis aims to solve the problem of single event upset(SEU) which may occur on pico-satellite, analyze the design methods to improve reliability of control and processing system of pico-satellite, put forward a kind of simple and effective error correction coding, cross positive and negative coding, and its Error detection and correction( EDAC) realization by software and hardware ways.The troubles of the satellites mainly come from space radiation, in which SEU accounts for more than half. Restricts by its quality and volume . Pico-satellite is comparatively weak in structure, moreover, some kinds of industrial or commercial chips are tried on it. So it is essential to promote the research of reliability design. According to the design object of the pico-satellite and experience of similar satellites domestic and international, this thesis put forward a reliability design method, fault-tolerance system of duplex dynamic redundancy based on dual digital signal processor, which integrate the function of control and processing, realize the aim of high function conformity, low consumption, error monitoring and repairing.Cross positive and negative coding is a kind of simple linear block codes. It gets relatively heavy minimum distance which attriute to its special encoding method. With the mechanisms of checking information and supervising sections, it has better performance in error correction than general ECC mthods, such as harning coding and Triple modular redundancy (TMR) .Further more, it's easy to realize EDAC design by software and hardware ways. Cross positive and negative coding has merits of simpleness and high reliability, especially its outstanding performance under enviroment of strong radiation, so it will have a good prospect in engeenings.
