According to the relevant regulations and requirements of standards such as the Perimeter Protection High-voltage Fence System for Prisons (GA247-2000) by the Ministry of Public Security , based on the analysis of the present situations of the high-voltage electric network, with the design principles of high intelligence, correct and detailed warning, flexible allocation, reliable operation, strong expanding ability and energy conservation, I developed the high-voltage electric network safeguard system of intellectual pulse .Firstly, I gave the overall design plan of the system hardware and software, then introduced their functions and the realization of the form in detail. In the design of the system hardware, I chiefly introduced the structure of the low-voltage main engine device of the system, emphatically analyzed the design thoughts of the microprocessor (80C31), the parallel I/O interface, the network measure unit, the "black box ", the high-voltage control output, the broken network detection and the quadruple switch quantity detect circuits and the design schematic diagram of the main hardware circuits. Besides, in the design of the system software, I mainly introduced the program structure and the address allocation of the system software, specifying and giving the flow charts of the main program and the interrupt service program and the others.The innovations of the system are that when such things as contacting network, breaking network and short circuit happen in,the system, the main engine device can show it and give the alarm in sound and indicating light; the "black box" circuit can record and memory all kinds of warning events and warning time; and the system has the functions that can keep the wires from be destructed with low consumption and the nonstop operation.
