| In the paper, the elementary knowledge of increased-safety motor and the domestic and overseas development of increased-safety synchronous motor with brushless excitation are introduced. The design characteristic of the motor is analyzed from the practicability of engineering and electromagnetic design is optimized. For the purpose of serialization, generalization and standardization, we analyzed the feasibility of realizing series design with the consideration of electromagnetic load characteristic in increased-safety motors.Brushless excitation system, which is the core and key part in an increased-safety synchronous motor with brushless excitation, has the greatest development future. In this paper, characteristic, classification, control method of brushless excitation system and special requirements for increased-safety brushless excitation system are introduced and analyzed in detail. On above basis excitation system of increased-safety brushless synchronous motor, which is controlled by WKLF-41 microcomputer, is emphatically analyzed and the design of AC exciter is introduced briefly.The advantage and disadvantage of traditional structure are analyzed and some improvements are made. The design process of engineering drawing is introduced and some problem needed solving further is put forward. Finally some problems in manufacturing and corresponding testing schemes are explained briefly. The experiment results are analyzed.The problem and the work discussed in the paper have some practical value and can provide solid basis for engineering design. |
