Namely along with the rapid development of power electronics technology, computer technology, intelligent technology and automatic control technology, the electric drive system is stepping into intelligent control and digital control gradually, and transferring speed technology has got broken development. Vector control technology, one of transferring speed technology, can have AC motor equal to DC motor to control by coordinate transferring and get the same good transient and steady state properties. But because it has many problems, such as nonlinearity, complex structure, parameters change, these factors influence control performance. The traditional control technology can't solve these influences, but applying intelligent technology in vector control can reduce efficiently and even overcome these influence.In this paper, vector control method has been researched based on sliding-mode fuzzy-neural network (FNN). The first chapter briefs the present situation and development trend of the modern electric transmission technology, including the basic circumstances of microprocessor and intelligent control. Second chapter introduces the basic principle of vector control theory in detail. The third chapter briefs the principle of FNN. Many defects in FNN is presented, such as the network performance is not so good, the efficiency of learning is not ideal, to select optimal network structure is difficult, and even it may fall into local extreme value. The learning way of FNN has been researched, a new modified learning way of FNN is proposed. With the Matlab simulation, theory analysis and discuss have been carried on, proving that the method of learning is correct, effective and feasible. The 4th chapter emphasized AC motor vector control based sliding-mode FNN. By compared to general sliding-mode, the way can effective constrain the effect of quiver that rises from sliding-mode control. The rotor resistance of AC motor verified timely in order to locate in vector control correctly. The 5th chapter briefs the hardware module of digital signal processor (DSP) and introduces the method and the foundation of the software compilation.
