In this paper, AC induction motor speed control system was studied, and vector control and direct torque control model had been established, then in this dynamic model, we use the neural network control, fuzzy control, sliding mode control, fuzzy sliding variable mode control as the controller to improve the performance and robustness of the system, and proposed a improved MRAS-based non-speed sensor technology. The following work was made in this article.1.According to vector control's principle and method, the rotor flux orientation control system for induction motor was established on MATLAB/SIMULINK platform,with the rotor speed closed loop and flux closed loop.2.According to direct torque's principle and method, a simulation model of AC motor direct torque control system was built based on MATLAB/SIMULINK3. Aiming at the difficult tuning and the poor adaptability of traditional PID controller parameters which depended on the accurate mathematical model of the object, the RBF neural network PID controller and adaptive fuzzy PID cotroller were proposed.4. Fuzzy sliding mode control was proposed and employed in rev controller. The controller combined the merits of fuzzy logic control and sliding mode control, and can solve the problem of the chattering of sliding mode. The results of simulation indicated that the controller was workable with good robustness and good dynamic and static performance especially in the field of engineering.5.In view of the limitations of PI control and fuzzy sliding mode control when applying to the ac speed regulating system, the paper made full use of the advantages of PID control and Fuzzy control separately and applied the two state control method to the ac speed regulating system. The method solved the problem of the chattering of sliding mode, improved the characteristics of system dynamic state and proved the application value of the two state control method to the ac speed regulating system.At last,the speed sensorless vector control system with the method of model reference adaptive system (MRAS) was established based on the dynamic model of induction motor.. The reference model can always be affected by the initial value of integral calculation and drift in the conventional speed identification, causing the identified speed inaccurately, this paper made a improved study on the conventional MRAS.
