The test platform of anti-rolling tank on the ship is a kind of special complex system, use the platform to simulate rolling of ship can provide the basis for the design of anti-rolling tank and test data for ships with anti-rolling tank.The platform can simulate rolling and swaying motion of ships. Two electro-hydraulic servo systems simulate rolling moment and swaying force of wave respectively. In which the rolling moment system adopts gear-rack swing hydraulic-pressure oil vat with torque sensor, the moment of inertia, damp and comeback can be adjusted.In order to simulate the rolling motion more accurately, the characteristic of platform is analyzed firstly in the paper, and also the parameter of the platform is computed and adjusted. Second , set up transfer function model of electro-hydraulic moment servo system and select the correlative parameter of electro-hydraulic servo valve, gear-rack swing hydraulic-pressure oil vat and torque sensor. At the same time, the emendation and simulation of system is studied. The system after emendation can output Real-time voltage signal which represents rolling moment of regular and irregular wave presses on ship. Third, for the hardware realization, the power board, servo amplified board, signal processing board and sensors are checked and debugged; for the software realization, the damp moment of the platform is simulated and the monitoring control system based on computers is explained. Through program the test data checked by sensors can be processed and analyzed and the test results can appear on the screen in real time.At last in the paper, the rolling curve of the test platform pressed by regular and irregular wave is given and illuminated.
