With the development of tall-building construction in our country, some engineers often meet the problem about the design of the frame-supported beam which will affect the cost, structure security and the construction cycle. The engineers in our country began to research the frame-supported beams at 1970s. They mostly focused on the site testing and the analysis of the model experiment.Because of the influence of the wall-beam interaction, the bearing force of the frame-supported beams is very completed. Till now, its stress has not been solved accurately by the theory of classical mechanics. Due to the different structure conditions, there are lots of the factors affecting the internal force of the frame-supported beam. Even under the same structure condition, the different analysis model or method will lead to different result. So the bearing force analysis and the design of the frame-supported beams are worth exploring much deeper.According to the related references, some experiences about the frame-supported beams can be used by the designers. For example, the effect to the beams internal force, such as the action of wall-beam interaction, side wing edge of upside wall body, related rigidity of wall body and the selection of calculating model, can be evaluated based on the experience. However these references mostly focus on those frame-supported beams of wall body which has not punched, and there is less research about frame-supported beams of wall body which has punched, and the research usually limited in the comparison with frame-supported beam of wall body under the same structure condition. So the research in this paper is about the internal force variation rule of the frame-supported beam of wall body, which based on some mature investigative experience at difference models. In this paper, Guangyuan Culture Building is analyzed by PKPM, and the analysis process is of high precision finite buck. And some conclusions can be drawn.1. Under the action of the vertical load and when the upside wall body has gate hole, the interaction of the frame-support beams, the binding beams and the wall-columns varies with the rigidity of the beam. 2. The shearing force distributing of the beam section will shift during the increase of the beam rigidity, but the sum of shearing force at two beam ends almost the same. 3. With the increase of the beam rigidity, the length of the press area and the axes tension force of the beam near the gate-hole increase. 4. There is reverse breaking in the moment distribution of the frame-supported beams around the two sides of the gate-hole. And with the increases of the beam rigidity, the moment of the frame-supported beam distributes flat along the length of the beam. The rule of the change of the stress distribution at one section of a frame-supported beam was briefly analyzed at the same time.
