The frame supported shear wall structure is the upper part of shear wall structure, can be used as a hotel and residential, the lower part is a frame structure, can be used to make a commercial network, in real life, it is because of this unique structure form can bring huge economic benefits, and is favored by many owners. However, because of the structure of just under the soft, vertical stiffness mutation is too large, the seismic performance of the structure is very negative, so the research on its seismic performance is becoming more and more important.This article is based on existing research at home and abroad. This paper mainly adopts the finite element software SATWE to an actual engineering seismic performance analysis from the three aspects of transfer storey, the shear wall thickness and frame column section size, the main research contents are as follows:1) Establish transformation layer set highly different four frame shear wall structure model, analysis of the structure under four different models of vibration period, the maximum displacement and maximum floor layer displacement Angle, seismic force, conversion between up and down the change trend of equivalent lateral stiffness ratio;2) Explore the floor shear wall thickness, frame-supporting column size is not the same as seismic behavior of frame-supported shear wall structure changes;3) Elastic time-history analysis calculation method for seismic performance of structures and contrast mode-superposition response spectrum method and calculation of elastic time history analysis method of results;4) Finally summarizes the setting height transformation layer, the thickness of the shear wall and pillar box section size effect on the structural seismic performance, the main conclusion, and puts forward some improving measures of frame shear wall structure seismic performance.
