Research Into The Strategy Of The Integrated Construction Design Of General Hospital

In 1990s, China's medicine and health care undertakings gradually entered into an integrated medical model, and its general hospital was built in a high tide period under the circumstances of socialist economic development. In respect of theory and design method urgently used in the current integrated construction of general hospital, this paper discusses the relative policy in the integrated construction design of general hospital through the guideline of system theory and the combination of theory study with practice. This paper consists of six aspects with mutual effect, as follows: Re-consider the hospital construction as a system in the process of historical development, deeply understand the rule of general hospital development, and provide some schemes for study on policy of integrated construction design of general hospital; Based on the research achievements on the general hospital and the features of system constitution and structure, establish a new structural system and a new model of operational mechanism so as to describe the types and changing rules of general hospital; Analyze China's current situation and developing trends of the construction of general hospital according to great investigation and much information, so as to find key issues in the integrated construction design of general hospital; Based on the above said three aspects, adopt a system method to analyze the changing rules of space status of general hospital and to propose a flexible strategy and a humane space landscape design; Probe the current operational mechanism in China's integrated construction design of general hospital and propose a politic view in the whole process and working system of the integrated construction design through the view of systems engineering; Combined with the actual engineering practice and using the previous research achievements, verify its scientific nature on the one hand, and improve its theory system during the development of theory study with the function practice on the other hand. Such study as mentioned above is expected to promote the development of the construction and design work in China's general hospital in future.
