The Construction Analysis Of A Guangzhou Hospital And The Integrated Management Research Of Large-scale General Hospital Planning,Design And Construction

With the increase of the investment scale of the large medical institutions by the state and the social capital,the construction of the large hospitals has stepped into an unprecedented period of rapid growth.Large comprehensive hospitals in complex public buildings,the particularity of the technological process,operating conditions of use of variability and social impact of far-reaching,make its whole life cycle of the construction management have higher requirements,especially with the development of modern medical new technology,new equipment use,in large general hospital construction more difficult,time limit for a project requirements are increasingly high,the contractors are increasingly differentiation,As a result,the construction and management of large general hospitals are becoming more and more complex,which puts forward higher requirements for hospital construction project management.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the project management level of large general hospitals and establish an effective management scheme mode to meet the needs of industry development.This paper investigates the management status of the construction industry of large general hospitals in China,collects and sorts out relevant literature research results,summarizes and analyzes the main management schemes of large general hospitals,and then proposes the integrated management scheme of design and construction of large general hospitals as the research direction.The research results mainly include two aspects.On the one hand,the integrated management scheme of design and construction of large general hospitals is put forward,which includes three parts: how to implement the integrated management of design and construction of large general hospitals from the organizational level,the implementation of work flow,and the adopted technical management methods.Another aspect is to build a large general hospital evaluation model of integration of design,construction,than choose the commonly used performance appraisal scheme,eventually building a large general hospital management scheme design and construction integration effect,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the actual application of the integration of design and construction of large general hospital effect promotion application analysis,verify the validity of this model.
