Local flaw of cement concrete pavement is one of the common pavement disadvantages. If it hasn't been repaired in time, it will do harm to the service life and traffic safety of the road surface. But the present quick-repair material for the pavement with local-flaw is very few in our country. According to the situation, if repairing the whole ban, the time limit will be long and the expense will be large. So, doing the researches on developing the special materials for the local flaw pavement is very necessary.Through aiming at the characters of cement concrete local flaw and associating the involved documentations, the article studies the performance requirement of the local quick-repair materials, and brings forward the specific indexes. Basing on choosing epoxy mortar and unsaturated polyester mortar, the researcher studies the influences on the early strength in the two mortars which taking by the different factors such as the aggregate grading, the use level, the kinds and the components of the cementing materials etc. In the article, it optimizes the mortar components and gets the optimum recipe of the quick-repair material for cement concrete pavement with local flaw. And it does experiments on the strength development laws, the bondings of new-old interfaces, the shrinkage and the wear abilities of both. The researcher also obtains the applicability of the epoxy mortar and unsaturated polyester mortar, and gets the corresponding construction methods.The conclusion is as follows:1. Aggregate grading and sand cement ratio have obviously influence on the strength. And the consideration should involve strength, construction operation and economy.2.Different solidified agents bring great difference to the early strength and operable time of the EP mortar, and the operable time will be reduced with the dosage of solidified agents increment; EP mortar has high bond strength, long operable time and small shrinkage, at the same time the strength develops slowly, so it is suitable for repairing cases with large area and high bond strength (for example: thin layer repairing).In room temperature, the repairing will cost almost 3-5 hours, and in winter .the time will be longer.3.The article chooses two kinds of unsaturated polyesters with different performances and two different accelerating agents, and with synthetically consideration of operable time, strength, bonding performance and shrinkage, it chooses the A host crystal and accelerating agent DMA. UP mortar has high early strength, mezzo operable time, and large heat release, so it is suitable for cases with smaller area, short time cost and low temperature. The repairing will cost only 1 hour, and the road can be open to traffic while repairing.4. Both of the two repairing mortars in this article can meet the request of the pavement onstrength, bonding, wearable and shrinkage. The construction operations proposed in the article is very simple, but the practical results should be checked in the practice.
