With the fast development of car's technologies and increasing social requirements for car's functions, electronic technology has been widely applied in the field of cars. There are various kinds of ECU (Electronic Control Units), which coexist and are independent in the car. How to centrally control these ECU in an effective and safe way has already become an urgent problem that must be solved in the course of developing the car's technologies. CICCS (Car Information Centralized Control System) is a kind of control mode that controls various kinds of ECU in the car centrally. It has been a developing way of the car's electronic technologies to establish CICCS based on CAN (Control Area Network).The author has had a thorough research of the CICCS's QoS (Quality of Service) in the dissertation. CICCS is a typically distributed real-time control system. Real time and dependability are two primary aspects of CICCS. Based on field bus technology and distributed real-time control system' theory of real time and dependability, the paper establishes the CICCS's QoS system framework. Based on the definition of real-time system and the feature of task in real-time application, the feature and theories of CICCS in real-time are analyzed and the real-time algorithm is set up. The dependability of CICCS is researched through the technology of dependability in distributive real-time system. The system of reliability, the classified model and the algorithm of dependability are also built in this dissertation. In addition, aiming at the important information during the driving of car, the author applies the software of Kvaser Navigator to emulate the CICCS according to the real-time algorithm. The results of emulation indicate that all of emulated information meets the requirement of theirs deadline when CAN reaches certain rate, and that the higher the rate of CAN is, the shorter the response time is and the better real-time of the system is. Then the dependability of system is evaluated according to the algorithm of dependability and the reliability of the system reaches 0.990044883, which meets the requirement of SIL 2 and validates the feasibility and dependability of system.
