It is giant exploitation potentiality in our country with the numerous rivers. It is inevitably to encounter the action between the spur dike and water current. The flow of spur dikes is classical waterpower problem. The phenomenon of current in some engineering is similar to current of spur dikes. So, it is important for us to study the flow of spur dikes. It is common occurance to demolish the spur dikes in daily life for development of economy. As soon as the sections of spur dikes are concerned, it is scouring or siltation in originally place. It is important for us to study the hydrodynamic force after the section of spur dikes thorough as well as the practice value and theory value.Firstly, we should make a study of recirculation theory and recirculation formula in order to analyze the cause of recirculation formation and the influencing factor of recirculation intensity. They are theory base of physical model and mathematical model.Secondly, we should start with Navier-Stokes equation and equation of continuity. We also should make study of fundamential theory, such as the fundamental theory of physical model, the theory of control system and the theory of surfer velocity measurement system. It offers theory basement for formation of physical model.Thirdly, we should start with momentum equation and equation of continuity. They offer theory basement through equation dispersion, interpolation of disheveled datas and analysis of turbulence coefficient. At last, the control equation of mathematical model, the numerical value calculation means and the simulation of numerical value between the physical model and the mathematical model have been analyzed by physical model and the mathematical model. Finally, an example of spur dike demolish is studied and some problems are discussed.
