Capturing High-quality Video In ITS And Its Implement In Automatic Detecting Of Vehicles For Violation Of Traffic Line

This paper purposes introducing a method of capturing of high-quality video in ITS, also implementing it in automatic detecting and recording system of vehicles for violation of traffic line. To take this purpose into realization, three sections must to be achieved: development of the sampling controlling card in ITS, the system of automatic detecting and recording vehicles for violation of traffic line, automatic adjusting the parameters of camera lens.The sampling controlling card in ITS, this paper presents, meets the demand of adjusting the parameters of camera lens and sampling the traffic signal. Test turn out that the sampling controlling card can work durably and stably.The arithmetic of detecting vehicles for violation of traffic line can automatically detect and record the action of vehicle violating of traffic line fast and exactly, and can be take into practice primarily.The system of auto-adjusting the parameters of camera lens can dynamically adjust the parameters of camera lens based on the quality of the image current captured. By this way, the high-quality video could be captured. This method can be used in surveillance system and ITS based in video widely to improve the quality of video. It also can be used for reference to the general process of real-time video.
