In the thesis, the penetration theory of cement grouting in coarse sandy loam is researched. The cement grout is a kind of grouting material whose viscosity is changed with time. In the past, the viscosity of cement grout was postulated as a kind of grouting material whose viscosity wasn't changed in the course of grouting. The postulation results in the calculation error. In the thesis, the change of cement grout's viscosity is considered. So the formula that was gotten in the thesis is better, which is conformed to reality. The relation of cement grout's viscosity and grout's water cement ratio, grout's temperature, time is researched in the thesis. As a result, we get a kind of the method for calculating viscosity, which cement grout's viscosity is gotten by means of using the program. Using it, the viscosity experiment doesn't need to do in the construction, which reduces construction cost.In the thesis, the course of cement grout's permeation in coarse sandy loam is simulated using a kind of program language—Matlab.
