Study And Application Of The Noise Reduction Technology For Boiler Steam Purging In Power Plant

In order to adapt to requirement of current environmental protection, some effective measures are adopted in three aspects to reduce the noise of boiler steam purging: â‘ choosing the proper steam purging parameter, â‘¡developing silencer, â‘¢spray type attemperator. According to the three aspects, silencer, spray type attemperator, spray- silencer and so on are developed, which are practised and improved by three units which respectively works in Laicheng Power Plant and Yunhe Power Plant. Finally, we succeeded in reducing the noise of steam purging from 150db to 85db; such effort meets the requirement of environmental protection. It is worth popularizing this technology and the technology will be improved gradually. It will be more suitable to the requirement of environmental protection in the end. What is more, people will benefit from it.
