In this paper, it is argued the complementary and emendatory necessity to the distribution reliability indices considering voltage sags, which became the most potent cause of end user power quality problems. The complementary indices include three types: 1) event times indices, 2) sag energy indices and 3) cost of events indices. The reliability indices of system are also corrected. These indices may be useful today, in the future as well. It is also illustrated that sags change the value of the third digit of decimal digits of reliability result. Compared with interruptions, the higher the reliability level is, the larger impact of sags on reliability is.
