With the development of power system and the resultant enlarging scale, the problem ofvoltage stability has become increasingly serious as time goes on. In the static voltage stability, the voltage stability index and the power limits are cared much. The minimum eigenvalue ofthe common power flow Jacobian matrix can show how unstable the power system is. Thispaper regards the minimum eigenvalue as the symbol of weak system. According to this, thenode index and line index for the voltage stability are constructed. The method is tested on thestandard IEEE22 system and the results are satisfactory. At the same time, the rule is analysedthat how the minimum eigenvalue of the Jacobian matrix changes as the loads of powersystems. A new approach is presented to estimate the critical point of voltage collapse. Theapproach is also tested on the standard IEEE9 system and the Huazhong 22-node power grid. A new method of electromagnetic loop network planning is presented considering allkinds of factors. The usual scheme for breaking the electromagnetic loop network only takesconsideration of single factor as the optimum goal currently. When the scheme is established, other factors can be forced to meet the restrictions in this condition. On the basis of fuzzyanalytical hierarchy process and judgment matrix analytical method, this paper puts forword anew scheme of breaking the network considering multi-aspect factors. A lot of factors areconsidered in the method so it is all-sided and fit the regulation of actual power system.
