In this thesis a fuzzy control system used in Reactive Power and Voltage auto regulatory device is designed based on the nine-zone controlling principle. The software MATLAB is used to calculate the fuzzy system. The fuzzy system divide the reactive-volatage pane into nine fuzzy zone,in this way the domain-swing between closing domain is eliminated. And the system also have the regule of action time-delay based on the capacitor's appearance,so it can avert from some moment reactive-load .In designing, the experience of electrical engineers is considered, so this fuzzy system should be more suitable for the practice, The fuzzy system comes into realization by querying contril table, in this way it would have a high executing speed. In control strategy, For the sake of the fuzzy control's bottleneck problem, the rough set is introduced. And the method to combine the two theory to improve the Reactive-voltage control is discussed.The DSP(Tms3201f2407) is used in this Reactive-vlotage controller, and use the MAX125 in stead of the F2407's A/D. So the data Process Synchronously is come true, and it assure the control's accuration and in time.Simulate and analyze the system based on the substation actual data , and prove it's accuracy.
