Bioenergy has been the important energy that the mankind depended on for existence all the time, it is second only to the coal, petroleum, natural gas and occupy the fourth in the energy-consuming general quantity of the world, have the important position in the whole energy system. The advantage such as being renewable, environment-friendly and clean that it has, makes it been paid close attention by more and more people in recent years.This paper mainly studies on an aspect of bioenergy utilization —Solidification technology. Through the study on biofuel shaping mechanism, we will find the main factor. Then make experiment on lots of materials, by changing its variables such as size, shaping pressure and moisture content, etc., we will draw the suitable craft parameter, put out the equation of coming back, find out the relationship between density and pressure, etc., summarize essential terms to get the best biofuel. Solve two major difficult problems in the process of biofuel solidification, and it is the capability of tightness and long time putting. At the same time analyze on the physical characteristic, burning capability, energy and cost saving of biofuel. The final purpose is to provide academic sustainment to the design of the equipment, amelioration of structure and optimization of craft parameter.
