With the development of science and technology and communication, due to their convenient construction, economical cost, reasonable force character and comfortable driving, pre-stressed continuous beam bridge have made a rapid progress in recent years, and become one of the most competitive bridge types. Among the several kinds of regular construction methods of beam bridge, the method of the simply supported-continuous construction is a kind of effective and economical one, compared with the pre-stressed continuous beam bridge, its cost is much lower, and it is a kind of more excellent construction methods. It overcomes the fracture of the joint only with the ordinary steel, and the non-harmony issue of the strain and stress between the structures under different force. It also strengthens the stress store of the joint between the beams, and assures the continuous and whole capability of the bridge. In order to guarantee enough stress store, good continuity and continuum, the pre-stressed tensile force between the beams becomes a more important subject. On the basis of studying and summarizing former research work, this text carries on deep analysis and research to the pre-stressed tension in the course of the transition of the system.The text reviews the current situation of the research and discusses the character of the pre-stressed simply supported-continuous bridge, then the text analyses the rationality of the force and puts forward the topic of research, that is to say, in the course of the transition of the system, the rational configuration of the pre-stressed tensile parameter will exert an important influence to the constructed bridge.In the course of the transition of the system, the text does theoretical analysis on the calculation of the displacement and the force. Combined with the project practice of the Han-jiang four bridge, the text makes the analysis on the every stage of the construction in the course of the transition of the system, through the simulated calculation, the text draws some practical conclusions. At the same time, through changing the three primary parameter of the pre-stressed tension: length, quantity,and the tensile control stress, the text gets the different associations of the parameter and works out the relevant result, which provides the rational sample for the optimize.The text analyses the theory of the neural network and hereditary algorithm, through changing the parameter of the pre-stressed steel, the text makes the simulated calculation on the simple-supported continuous structure. Regard the result of the simulated calculation as the input of the neural network to train BP network, the trained BP network will offer the correct relation between the input and the output during the process of the hereditary algorithm so as to find out the most optimized result.This text uses the artificial neural network and the hereditary algorithm, have found the optimum scheme of configuration of the pre-stressed parameter theoretically, which save the input of the raw materials and lower the costs. The scheme, that utilizing artificial neural network and hereditary algorithm to optimize the pre-stressed steel, is the first time to be put forward in our country, and have certain economic worth, which offer the best scheme of the pre-stressed tension for the future project.
