With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, and the continuous growth of the population all over the world, the of water resource shortage has become one of the most rigorous problems of the natural resources that humankind is faced with. The water resource in our country has the characteristics of poverty, disequilibrium of distribute and serious pollution. As a result, it is a very important subject faced by environmentalists today to effectively control water pollution and economize water in industry.Water-saving type of evaporative air cooler is a high efficiency equipment with water-saving and energy-saving. It has the following characteristics: compact structure, high efficiency of heat transfer, less investment, low cost of operating, installing and safeguarding conveniently etc.. Especially in the soft water closed circulation cooling system, there is extensive application foreground. More work has been done to research evaporative air cooler home and abroad and there has been application examples that use evaporative air cooler as the equipment of heat exchange in the soft water closed circulation cooling system. The parameters of evaporative air cooler, such as the medium flux of pipe, inlet temperature, inlet air temperature, area of heat exchange, tilt angle of pipe bundle etc., all have an impact on the cooling effect, and however, no research on this has been reported.In order to find out the relation about flux, temperature and tilt angle of pipe bundle with the effect of cooling of evaporative air cooler, above all the calculation program has been compiled according to the design principle of evaporative air cooler in this dissertation, and the experiment equipment of water-saving type of evaporative air cooler is also designed and made. Integrated with the results of the program calculation, the parameters impact on the cooling effect has been studied and ascertained by changing some correlative parameters during the course of test.Through the research of this dissertation, the main conclusions are as follows: (1) when fixing the area of heat exchange, medium flux, air flux and the sprinkling water quantity, the higher inlet temperature of the medium in pipes is, the larger difference in temperature between inlet and outlet will be, and every approximatelyincreasing 5 °C of the inlet temperature of the medium in pipes( the damp ball temperature of inlet air approximately equal ), the difference in temperature between inlet and outlet of the medium in pipes increase 0.5 °C or so; After the tilt angle of the pipe bundle increase 1 degree, and when the damp ball temperature of inlet air increases 2°C, the differences in temperature are approximately equal. It is instruction, the effect of heat transfer increasing after the tilt angle of pipe bundle inclined.(2) when fixing the inlet temperature and flux of the medium in pipes, the higher damp ball temperature of inlet air is, the smaller differences in temperature between inlet and outlet of the medium in pipes will be, and when the sprinkling water temperature becomes increasingly higher and the damp ball temperature of inlet air is approximately equal, the higher inlet temperature of the medium in pipes is, the higher water temperature of sprinkling will also become.(3) when fixing the area of heat exchange, air flux and the quantity of sprinkling water, and simultaneously keep the inlet temperature of medium in pipes at 50 °C, the smaller flux of the medium in pipes is, the larger difference in temperature between inlet and outlet will become, but if the flux is higher at beginning, when the flux becomes smaller later, the increased extent of the difference in temperature will be smaller than that of the difference in temperature caused by the same reason on condition that the flux is lower at beginning.(4) when fixing the inlet temperature and flux of medium in pipes, air flux and the quantity of sprinkling water, if reduce half of the area of heat exchange, the difference in temperature between inlet and outlet will fall, and the f...
