With the improvement of the living standards of the people, the central air conditioning system has already found extensive application. While offering comfortable job and living environments to people, air conditioning energy consumption becomes the big part of energy consumption of building. While the pressure of current worldwide "energy crisis" becomes more and more outstanding day by day, the building energy-conservation of air conditioning especially systematic energy-conservation of air conditioning in the building has already become a keystone and focus in the energy-conserving field. Based on the above-mentioned backgrounds and choose a real air conditioning system as a study object, this paper proceeds with water system of air conditioning, analyzes its question produced, studied water system quality of the air conditioning and its changing impact on system function, reduces the air conditioning system operation energy consumption by studying water system quality of the air conditioning and its changing impact on system function, while energy saving is achieved. Firstly, after water system is running for some time, some problems, such as scale, corrosion, the microorganism and slime, may occur. This paper analyzes its procreant reasons and the mechanism theoretically and the influences on every part of air conditioning system. Result shows that all these cause heat exchanger's over-all heat transfer coefficient, system performance to be lowered, compressor energy consumption and water pump axis power to be increased. Secondly, according to heat transfer law of heat exchanger, experiment to survey transfer coefficient parameter is the established using canular counter-flow condenser, cooling water system's water quality influence to over-all heat transfer coefficient of running time is determined, result indicates that as running time accumulates, over-all heat transfer coefficient k is gradually decreased. After the air conditioning system runs for 2 months, because of the rising of external temperature, which accelerates the quality change of the cooling water, the rate of descent of coefficient becomes great. After running for 5 months, coefficient dropped by 14 than originally 34%, the rate of descent is 2.848% every month on average. Finally, based on the theory analysis and the experimental results, water processor should be installed in cooling water system, cooled water system and hot water system, and supplementing water should be pretreated, too. According to local condition, water quality should be checked periodically(about 3~5 months). According to survey result and water criterion of air conditioning water system, some disposal should be carried out, such as sewerage and supplying fresh water, etc. The above methods can help to guarantee the water quality of air conditioning water according with the national water standard and the heat exchanger running high efficiently.
