Optimization Of Structure Of Heat Converting Station

Heat converting station is a very important part in heat supplying system. In our country many heat converting stations are operated by experience so that much energy is wasted and heat supplying efficiency is reduced. This paper is original from an item on technical innovation of Anhui province. We take measurements to optimize adjustment of heat converting station in order to save energy and improve heat supplying efficiency.Introducing domestic and foreign general situation of heat supplying and the structure of heat converting system. We take quality regulation of different flow on different stages in a resident region basing on mathematical model and adjusting methods of heat converting station. In addition, we apply inverter technique to adjust flow in heat supplying system and make water pressure constant in order to save energy. Finally, we take one user one heat meter to improve the consciousness to save energy.The studies in the paper are useful and meaningful to guide adjustment of heat converting station. Practice test that the measurements we have taken can save much energy.
