Analyzing Contemporary Evolution Of The Hall & Inspirations

In some sense, the history of the evolution of human beings is well as the history of the evolution of architecture. After thousands of years' evolution, man who used to live in small tribes have become the master of the world today, while the architecture also have move from caves to huge cities.Look back to the history of architecture, we can easily find that the yard which can be thought as the pioneer of the hall have come into existence since the windows could not fulfill the need of connecting the inside and outside of a building. In the evolution process of the atrium , it has changed a lot ,and get excellent achievements as well. Nowadays, the atrium has been utilized in many buildings. How is the hall today and in future, these questions deserve some reserachments.Based on analyzing and investigating ,this paper aimed at doing some reseachment of the present condition of the atrium. The main contents are as follows:1. The evolution process of the atrium. Including the evolution in time and in elements.2. analyzing and researching the present development of the atrium.a. Analyzing the theme space of the atrium in modern architecture.b. The vary function of the atrium in its evolution.c. Different elements such as technology, esthetics and actions influence the atrium.3. Inspirations and meaning that the development of the atrium would bring us.4. Self-practice and some consideration after the practice.After these analyzing, I hope this paper could take us to a higher level in the recognization of the atrium and do some help to the future practice.
