The purpose of research on atrium design of commercial complex in cold area based on climate adaptability is to create a changeable comfortable and moderate atrium space for dynamic climate environment,so as to meet the needs of users for normal indoor activities and feeling nature under adverse climate conditions.Through the check and balance of artificial environment and natural climate,we can make full use of the favorable part of cold climate environment,avoid the unfavorable part,and achieve the user’s comfort requirements with the highest climate utilization rate and the lowest energy load.In this paper,the atrium space of commercial complex is selected as the research object.Firstly,through the way of investigation,the atrium space elements of commercial complex in cold area are investigated,and the typical space is selected for classification.Then through the energy consumption simulation experiment,explore the influence mechanism of space elements on energy consumption,and finally summarize and propose the design strategy of atrium space of commercial complex based on climate adaptability.The first chapter of this paper is the background research,through the literature review,found that the current cold area commercial complex in the atrium space energysaving design research blank.The second chapter summarizes the commercial complex and atrium space,and explains the climate adaptability in cold area,and puts forward the principle of atrium space design in cold area based on climate adaptation.On this basis,the elements of atrium space design based on climate adaptability,such as space volume,space posture,space layout and space interface,are extracted.The third chapter investigates the atrium space design elements of commercial complex in Beijing,Tianjin,Xi’an and Zhengzhou,obtains the relevant data of each element of atrium space,and classifies them.The fourth chapter,based on the investigation,establishes the standard model,and through the energy consumption simulation experiment,discusses the influence rule of single atrium and combined atrium on energy consumption in the area proportion,space height,space shape,space uniformity,space aggregation,space connectivity and so on,and summarizes the influence mechanism of space elements on energy consumption.The fifth chapter combines the city function,space feeling and physical environment of commercial complex,and gives the energy-saving design strategy of each space element.The main purpose of this paper is to get the energy-saving design strategy of atrium space of commercial complex in cold area on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis,to provide guidance for architectural designers,and to improve the comfort of atrium space of commercial complex in cold area,enhance the space experience and reduce the building energy consumption.
