In this paper, we discuss the design and realization of the control system of the automobile bodies based on the control area network(CAN). This control system takes AT89C51CC01/03 as a core technique and is based on the application of the (J.COS II operating system in the control system of some commercial automobile bodies. We briefly discuss the design of its hardware circuit and software framework, and introduce the difficulties in the design and key questions in the realization.With the fast development of the modern automobile techniques and the gradual improvement of the automobile safety system and convenience system, more and more electrical equipments have been used in the automobiles nowadays. In order to better monitor these electrical equipments, we re-dispose the electrical control system of the automobile bodies and fix internet control units on automobile. This control system takes on all the functions of the former individual relay and control unit and integrates data bus diagnosis interface into the internet control units on automobile, therefore, it realizes the data exchange between different CAN data bus systems. In the whole automobile, no more than six communication nodes can replace those miscellaneous wiring harness and easily realize the data share in a whole automobile. Data share in a whole automobile makes automobiles become a intelligentized whole and thus have better self-adjustment.The CAN bus technique is a burgeoning modern communication technique, which has many outstanding advantages such as good real time, high reliability, high ratio of performance to price and so on. It especially suits to the control system of the automobile bodies.The experimental results show that every circuit of this control system has a logical design and runs smoothly, so we believe this system has reached the anticipated purpose. |
