Along with the great development of modern auto industry, the auto electronictechnology was the importance port. Though the auto in country was used the autoelectronic technology, the property right mostly was belonged to overseas company.Accordingly, the development of independent auto electronic technology was theinevitable current in our auto industry.To resolve the problem that the auto body electronic product in the top grade autoupdataed and maintained difficulty, the idea that control theory of real time operatingsystem for auto body control was be put in my discourse. Concrete work like this:After studying the auto electronic technology abroad, in my discourse, the autocontrol body system was designed when all comes to all, and plotted out withdifferent function. The dynamo control and auto windows were divided intocentralized control. The other ports as wiper were divided into distributed control.For the theory of auto body control and other factors, MC9S12DG128of companyFreescale was be adopted as control kernel. The systerm included distributed andcentralized control systerm. After researching the class and control way of dynamo,the paper made use of power CMOS chip MC33888as control center of dynamo. Thedriver eletrocircuit was be designed base on that the control theory of power CMOSchip MC33888. The design that dynamo control was achieved function fault checkitselt.Aim at requirement for embedded system, in my discourse, real time operatingsystem μC/OS-Ⅱ was be used to control auto body system. The task attemper andinterrupt of theμC/OS-Ⅱ were adapted to my design. After studying control way ofdynamo and CAN protocol, the driver program was be made out. The real timeoperating system μC/OS-Ⅱ was control dynamo by this program. The function thatdynamo control and test was carried out by sofe desigen.At last, my design was be test by new way: virtual-physical combined platform.The environment of virtual-physical combined was be set up in my laboratory. Theresult of test was also proved that the design was successful. Specially, the controlmode base on real time operating system was supplied support in theory. It isreference that the intellectualized control of body module of auto.
