| Currently,the technology of minaturization high voltage and high power capacitor charging power supply isn't mature. In china,it is very necessary to research into the field of miniaturization high voltage and high power capacitor charging power supply. To compare with the traditional constant current capacitor charging power supply,the series resonance capacitor charging power supply which is developed in recent years has a more constant current,small volume,high efficiency,high power density and it's suitable for variable capacitor load in a large range.so it is very suitable for capacitor charging power supply and can satisfy the demand of the repeat frequency pulse power technology.The thesis has a detailed analysis about the theory of series resonance capacitor charging power supply.It lists the expressions of the resonance current and voltage expressions of the resonance capacitor and the load capacitor. And it throught the computer's simulation about the series resonance circuit,it summarizes the effects on the circuit of the parameters and the factors.To satisfy the demand of the real time signal measurement of the high voltage load capacitor,the thesis developed a set of measurement instrument.It can transform and transmit the hight voltage signal through the style of "v/f transform+optical fiber transmission+f/v transform".It has the performance of high noise immunity and high voltage immunity. |
