| With the continuous progress of national modernization construction,high demand and high security and stability requirements have become an important feature of modern power system.Ac withstand voltage test is the most effective test method to test the insulation of electrical equipment in power system.Therefore,after the electrical equipment has been transported and installed and the conventional test has been passed,the insulation defects of the electrical equipment in the manufacturing and transportation links should be verified by the AC voltage withstand test.The traditional power frequency test transformer is heavy in volume,small in capacity and poor in safety,so it can not meet the requirements of GIS,AC PVC cable and other very large capacity electrical equipment.In view of this,it is urgent to develop and popularize the new type.Ac withstand voltage test device,combined with the principle of series resonant circuit,developed a series resonance device..In this paper,the principle and characteristics of three kinds of series resonant devices are introduced.Through the comparison of the three types of series resonant devices,it is found that the variable frequency series resonant devices are small in volume and low in capacity,and that the series resonant devices of variable frequency type are small in volume and low in capacity by comparing the three types of series resonant devices.Safety and other advantages,more easily to meet the needs of the site.This paper introduces the structure and common device parameters of variable frequency series resonant device.In combination with engineering practice,the research on AC withstand voltage test of various electrical equipment is carried out by using variable frequency series resonant device.It also points out what matters should be paid attention to in AC withstand voltage test of electrical equipment by using frequency conversion series resonance device.As a result of the practical use of the frequency conversion series resonant device There are various problems,such as low quality factor,and the root causes of these problems are analyzed,and suggestions for improvement are put forward.The practice shows that the frequency conversion series resonance device can be used in many occasions,and has the characteristics of strong safety and low test capacity.Therefore,the frequency conversion series resonance device is suitable for popularization and use in an all-round way. |
